In a scenario where culinary evaluation relies on easily replicable technical skills and standardized processes repeated uncritically, the gastronomic experience risks being reduced to a mere sum of measurable factors. This work seeks to redefine how we perceive and interpret food, fostering a freer and more conscious perspective. Its practical application is found in the redesign of the Michelin Guide’s visual identity, complemented by a support tool for a renewed critique focused on metasensoriality.
Information Design
Despite the vast amount of available information warning us about the dangers of intensified meat production, we seem unable to truly acknowledge it or adjust our consumption habits accordingly. The planet is at risk, and perhaps the only event that could have prevented its decline—halting the spread of fast food culture in the United States, had it gained proper media attention—would have been a direct warning message from extraterrestrial.

A historic brewery in the Susa Valley recognized the need to introduce a new product line appealing to a younger audience while remaining highly distinctive in the market. This led to the creation of a series of craft beers infused with herbs sourced from diverse local wild habitats, imparting them with a unique and unmistakable flavor. The brand is supported by dedicated web and mobile platforms designed to explore and promote related cultural and commercial initiatives.

Participating in the world also means sharing responsibilities with those who inhabit this great home alongside us. Each individual must acknowledge the importance of their own role, as well as that of others, in the preservation of our planet’s social and environmental balance. This guiding principle inspires the reimagining of the spaces at the Michelin-starred restaurant Condividere, aiming to engage diners emotionally on both an individual and collective level through immersive and meaningful experiences.

I perceive experience as a movement of symbols.
Each symbol is an event, a messenger of meaning, a lesson waiting to unfold.
As one of my mentors says: «The future doesn't care what you build. It cares why you build it. Purpose is the new currency – intention is the filter.» (@700x100)
My role is to discover and choose these symbols, honor their significance, and shape their expression with intent.
